So... if the computer is running slow, the connection is unreliable, BSOD's on my Mac, or isn't at the "expected standard" (which would vary based on who made it and what's on it), then "you may not have any real problem at all"?
So... if I have all these problems, then they're NOT problems? But if they're not problems, why would I need to log on in the first place?
